Order Processing Time

Within Lagos
All orders require 24 to 48 hours to be processed before dispatch. We value quality and care, and each item is carefully checked before it leaves our outlet.

Interstate Delivery
All orders require 24 to 72 hours to be processed before dispatch. We value quality and care, and each item is carefully checked before it leaves our outlet.

International Shipping and Delivery
All orders require 7–12 working days to be processed before dispatch. We value quality and care, and each item is carefully checked before it leaves our outlet.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Items

We understand how important it is for your products to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives visibly damaged, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You must provide clear picture and/or video proof showing the condition of the item before unboxing.
  • Exchanges will only be approved if it is evident that the damage occurred before delivery and unboxing.
  • Exchange requests must be made within at most 6 hours of receiving the product, starting from when you confirm receiving the product. This includes interstate and international delivery.

Please note: Exchanges are only applicable to items that arrived damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after unboxing or use.

Third-Party Pickup / Dispatch Riders
If you choose to send a dispatch rider or third party to pick up your order:

  • A photo or video will be taken at our outlet to document the condition of the product at the time of release.
  • All responsibility and liability shift to you once the item is handed over to the rider or third party.

Aromora Beauty and Candles is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays after the item leaves our premises.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns only within 6 hours of delivery for dispatched items.
  • Returned items must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.
  • No refunds are issued for change-of-mind purchases, opened products, or returns outside the 6-hour window.
